Diane has been a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines since 1990. Her post qualified experience as a legal professional reflects her interest in corporate law. She has been and is in-house counsel for various Philippine and multi-national corporations involved in the media, telecommunications, manufacturing, semiconductors, renewable energy and service industries. As an experienced legal professional, she continues to handle corporate housekeeping, contracting and compliance issues. In addition, Diane has been involved with internal audit investigations and risk assessments; participated in the drafting of the codes of conduct and compliance programs for employees and clients’ suppliers/vendors for which she received corporate awards for the success of these programs. In recognition of her expertise with facilitating training of courses on various topics, such as anti-trust, FCPA, supplier 101, government investigations, IP protection, she has received awards for these as well. As for continuing to educate herself, Diane has not ceased enrolling in courses for professional growth and personal interests.
