FRANK OSIT

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Became part of Fibercom group in May 2021 as Warehouse Manager . Frank supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management and floor productivity.

GINO HERNANDEZ

SR. HEAD - BILLING

Gino has been with the Telecom Subcontracting industry dealing with the leading telecom operators in the country for two decades. Throughout his career, he managed telecom projects with focus on documentation and billing. He’s experience with account, project and customer management enables him to successfully pivot documentation and billing processes to collection. He holds the position of Senior Billing Head when he joined on September 2020 handling PLDT CAPEX projects to improve documentation and billing process. His role is to ensure better project documentation turnaround times and cashflow.

JINKY SAMILLANO

Assistant Executive Manager/Corporate Secretary

Jinky has more than 15 years of experience in the corporate world and has worked in different industries- banking, BPO, government, construction and telecommunications and information technology. She's been with Fibercom for a total of 7 years and started as the Executive Assistant to the President. She's been the Executive Assistant Manager providing high level support to the Executive Office since May 2020 and been the Corporate Secretary of the company and its subsidiaries since June 2020.

TESSIE VILLAVINCENCIO

FINANCE CONTROLLER

A CPA with more than 20 years of experience in the accounting field, more than 10 years in a managerial role. Became part of Fibercom group in May 2021 as Financial Controller following the higher management’s direction of strengthening the company’s finance team.

MERWYN NAVARRO

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Merwyn Navarro is a seasoned technology professional with more than a decade and a half experience in the information technology (IT) and telecommunication. He has worked with various business sector such as business process outsourcing, software & systems development, IT technical sales, business consultancy and telecommunication. He has been serving Fibercom Telecoms Phils., Inc., for more than 5 year. Starting as the Innovations Manager, He led the IT and Innovation department, managing IT infrastructure and spearheading technology innovations for business digitization. As the current Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Merwyn is the overall technical head responsible for overseeing IT and other technical departments, not only for the company but also its subsidiaries. He plays a crucial role in driving IT and technical innovation initiatives for the organization. He formulates technical solutions, systems, and standards to digitize and automate business operations, contributing to the company's growth and efficiency. Merwyn’s expertise extends to building and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring it remains robust and scalable. He effectively manages internal IT, Access engineering, and other technology departments, ensuring seamless support for company operations and project rollouts with clients. He is dedicated in driving technological advancements and delivering practical solutions to support business growth.

DIANE ANDIN

LEGAL COUNSEL

Diane has been a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines since 1990. Her post qualified experience as a legal professional reflects her interest in corporate law. She has been and is in-house counsel for various Philippine and multi-national corporations involved in the media, telecommunications, manufacturing, semiconductors, renewable energy and service industries. As an experienced legal professional, she continues to handle corporate housekeeping, contracting and compliance issues. In addition, Diane has been involved with internal audit investigations and risk assessments; participated in the drafting of the codes of conduct and compliance programs for employees and clients’ suppliers/vendors for which she received corporate awards for the success of these programs. In recognition of her expertise with facilitating training of courses on various topics, such as anti-trust, FCPA, supplier 101, government investigations, IP protection, she has received awards for these as well. As for continuing to educate herself, Diane has not ceased enrolling in courses for professional growth and personal interests. Our Head of Sales and Marketing exudes the qualities of a Sales and Marketing Professional that every organization would love to be part of their team. His positive aura and outlook both in life and in his professional career is exemplified in many major executive roles that he had prior to being with Fibercom. He served as President in the sales business unit of ECI Telecom APAC and as a General Manager for Asia of RAD communication. His stint with these companies earned him a commendable track record of success and gave him a deep understanding of the Telecom’s market, current and future technology, and the sales environment for this market and technology trend. His excellent credentials and track record enables him to carry out with efficiency his revenue growth strategy and drive the company’s sales to a better position as we strive to gain a bigger market share and eventually make Fibercom a known and competitive brand in the ICT industry. Mr. Gilles Pazner joined Fibercom in September 2022.

MARIANNE HONTIVEROS

Ms. Marianne “Maan” B. Hontiveros, had been a student and youth travel pioneer, a television producer and host, broadcast journalist, publishing executive, multi-media production and corporate communications entrepreneur, music industry managing director, staunch advocate for the conservation and protection of the environment, and a passionate promoter and supporter of Filipino arts, film, dance, music and culture before establishing Philippines AirAsia, Inc. as Founding President and CEO in March 2011. Three years later, she served as Board Chair until September 2019.She is currently a Partner and Managing Director of CEO Advisors, Inc. and serves as Independent Director at Fibercom Telecoms, Bamacom and Maroev. She is a Founding Member of the Filipina CEO Circle, an Independent Director of Calatagan Golf Club, Inc., a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a member and past-Governor and Board Secretary of the Management Association of the Philippines. She remains active in several boards of non-profit organizations advocating environment protection and sustainable development, arts and culture: Ballet Philippines Foundation, Inc. She acquired her bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in one of the country’s premier state universities, known for producing hard working and vision-focused individuals, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Ms. Carmela B. Santos provides a leadership that motivates, inspires, and pushes every employee to be better at what they do. She synergizes all the departments, making them move in one clear direction, that is towards growth and greater heights for Fibercom.

Yosef's leadership and management excellence shine through in his role as a General Manager. Additionally, his expertise in telecommunications, particularly in areas such as Fibercom's network infrastructure, positions him to optimize operational efficiency and drive the company's success.

Emanuel Fryszer fondly called EF by the employees, founded Fibercom Telecom Phils., Inc. (formerly Fibercom Trading Phils., Inc.) in 1998. In 2008, Fibercom spun off its services division and established Bamacom Inc. and a cyber security company, Maroev Cyber Systems Inc. in 2015.His excellent business acumen, dedication and empathy to people has brought Fibercom and its subsidiaries to what it is today. EF is a person of integrity, simplicity and humility which extends to work that made it enjoyable for the employees who has the privilege of working with him. He loves plants, turtles and Latin music.
