Gino Hernandez has been working in the telecom subcontracting industry for over two decades, collaborating with the country’s leading telecom operators. Throughout his career, he has managed projects with a strong focus on documentation and billing.
His expertise in account, project, and customer management enables him to optimize documentation and billing processes, successfully converting them into timely collections.
Since joining Fibercom Telecom in September 2020 as Senior Billing Head, Gino has handled PLDT CAPEX projects, working to improve documentation and billing processes. His role focuses on ensuring faster project documentation turnaround times and better cashflow management.
