Diane Andin is the Legal Counsel of Fibercom Telecom and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines since 1990. She brings extensive expertise in corporate law and governance, shaped by years of experience serving Philippine and multinational companies across media, telecommunications, manufacturing, semiconductors, renewable energy, and service industries.

At Fibercom, Diane provides legal guidance to ensure compliance and operational integrity. She manages corporate housekeeping, contracts, and regulatory requirements. She has also led internal audit investigations, risk assessments, and the development of codes of conduct and compliance programs—earning multiple corporate awards for these initiatives.

Diane has been recognized for facilitating training on anti-trust, FCPA, supplier management, government investigations, and IP protection.
