Diane Andin, Legal Counsel at Fibercom Telecom, has been a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines since 1990. Her extensive experience as a legal professional reflects her strong focus on corporate law and governance.She has served as in-house counsel for various Philippine and multinational corporations in the media, telecommunications, manufacturing, semiconductors, renewable energy, and service industries. At Fibercom, Diane provides valuable legal insight to ensure compliance and operational integrity across the organization.

As an experienced legal professional, she continues to manage corporate housekeeping, contracts, and compliance issues. Diane has also led internal audit investigations, risk assessments, and the drafting of codes of conduct and compliance programs for employees and suppliers — earning corporate awards for these successful initiatives.

She has received multiple recognitions for facilitating training courses on anti-trust, FCPA, supplier 101, government investigations, and IP protection.
