Merwyn Navarro is a seasoned technology professional with over 15 years of experience in information technology (IT) and telecommunications.

He has worked across various sectors, including business process outsourcing, software and systems development, IT technical sales, business consultancy, and telecommunications.

He has been with Fibercom Telecoms Phils., Inc. for more than five years. Starting as Innovations Manager, he led the IT and Innovation department, managing IT infrastructure and spearheading technology initiatives to drive business digitization.

As the current Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Merwyn oversees all IT and technical departments for the company and its subsidiaries. He plays a key role in formulating technical solutions, systems, and standards to automate operations and enhance efficiency.

Merwyn’s expertise includes building and managing scalable IT infrastructure. He also leads internal IT, Access Engineering, and other technical teams, ensuring seamless support for operations and client projects.

He is committed to driving technological advancements and delivering practical solutions that enable business success.
