Our Senior HR Manager started his professional career as an Educator. His love for learning paved the way for him to enter the corporate world as a Junior Executive in one of the country’s largest networks of schools. His corporate exposure made him familiar with all facets of business operations and eventually landed him to what he is most passionate about, managing the administration and human resources department. Prior to joining Fibercom, he was an Assistant VP for Administration and Human Resources of a Quadruple A construction firm known for building landmark projects in the Philippines. His people skills may be traced way back during his college days as a student leader at the University of the East where he finished his bachelor’s degree in arts major in Political Science and during his post graduate course at the Ateneo De Manila University – Center for Organizational Research and Development where he finished his Organizational Development Intensive Program. Mr. Jojo Recio joined Fibercom last October 2022.
